Join me for my Floral Tea intermediate cookie decorating class on May 6 from 6:30-8:30 at West Side Brewing!  This class is geared toward those with some previous cookie decorating experience or someone who picks up on concepts pretty quickly.  Ambitious beginners can certainly still join as I will go step-by-step through the class.

During this 2-hour class, we’ll cover the intermediate tips and tricks of sugar cookie decorating, do some piping practice with Royal Icing, talk about how to strategize the best ways to decorate sugar cookies, and wrap up covering the general concepts around dough and icing!  Everything you’ll need is provided in class along with a live in-person instructor – just bring a smile (and maybe an apron).

We’ll be decorating 6 tea party-inspired cookies using 4 colors and 2 consistencies of icing.

Class Cancellation Policy: Classes may be canceled at my discretion.  This rarely happens – but in that extremely rare event that it does, you’ll receive a full ticket refund.

Intermediate classes with attendance below 5 will be canceled.  Don’t be sad!  You can either have your ticket moved to a future class (along with my apologies), or a full refund!  I’ll let you know if your class has low attendance 14 days before the event is canceled so that you can bring a friend (hint hint) or find other plans for that day.
