How do I place an order?
Please keep in mind that availability is subject to change at any point as my schedule fills. Inquiring about the availability of a date does not reserve it for you. Your order is confirmed and your date reserved only when your order is paid in full.
Once your order request has been received and if there is availability, I will send you price quotes. Once the designs and prices have been agreed upon, your invoice will be sent to the email address you listed. If I do not have availability for your desired date, I will send a message notifying you.
Your invoice is good for 48 hours after it is sent. If it is not paid by this time, it will be cancelled automatically. Once payment is received, your date is held and your order is confirmed. I will not hold a date without payment.
How soon should I place my order?
Cookies and macarons take multiple days to make and package to ensure they will dazzle you at your event. Please place order as soon as possible. Orders placed within TWO weeks of the event will be subject to a rush fee, if the order is accepted.
How do I collect my order?
You may pick up your order at the address listed on your confirmation email. Delivery for custom orders is granted based on availability and for a fee. Delivery for businesses is included in the service. Please take note of your pick up time. A $10 fee is incurred for missed pick up times. Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the agreed upon pick up date/time are forfeited to be given away or sold at my discretion.
How do I cancel my order?
I understand that life happens. Orders cancelled two or more weeks before the order’s due date will be issued a 50% refund. Orders cancelled less than two weeks before the order’s due date will not be refunded.
If I must cancel an order due to an emergency on my part making me unable to fulfill it, a full refund will be issued.
May I change my order?
Changes to cookie designs, quantities, or dates after the order has been placed and paid for are done solely at my discretion and depend on my ability to accommodate the request.
How long do cookies stay fresh?
My cookies come individually heat-sealed to maintain freshness. However, they do not contain preservatives so are best eaten within 4 days. If not eaten within that timeframe, I suggest you freeze them in an airtight container. They can remain in the freezer for a couple of months. When ready to eat them, let the frozen cookies come to room temperature and enjoy!
How long do macarons stay fresh?
Macarons are best eaten within a day or two of pickup. They stay fresh in the the refrigerator for about a week and can be frozen for longer.
